Q. Why do I have to wait for my referrals second service call?
That's a good question, one we think is self explanatory, however our model for this program is extremely delicate and it's success is predicated on the minimum 2 service call referral system.
Q. How do you estimate my cleaning/service charges?
When you call we plug in your home's information into our computer's estimating module it gives us a price based on time, supplies, insurance costs, etc., etc.
Q. Do you adjust your estimates to pay for this program?
No, that would be extremely, extremely complicated, not to mention dishonest. Our prices are stat, which means we can't change them without paying a programmer to enter our software and adjust the coding internally.
Q. What if they quit after their 2nd Cleaning?
It doesn't matter, as long as you are an active client - you receive your FREE service call.
Q. How do I know this is on the up and up?
You can call our office anytime to check who has signed up for the program and when your FREE service has been scheduled. Of course you can consult with those you refer at anytime to verify that they've received service and that you are entitled to your FREE service call.
Q. Is there any limit to how many people I can refer?
No, you can refer as many friends, relatives, workmates, etc., as you wish. There is no limit to how many referral we can accept or free cleanings (maid service) you can make or receive.
Q. What happens if I have to skip my service, and I can't remain consecutive?
Unfortunately, the CLEAN4FREE model is delicate one, based on all of the above criteria being strictly met and satisfied.
Q. Can I get my FREE service call if I get back on regular schedule?
Yes, after two "consecutive" and "paid" service calls, we will credit your account with your free clean!
Q. I have other questions, can I contact you, your office, etc.?
Yes, by all means feel free to contact us with any questions, observations, suggestions, etc .
